“How To Boost Your Children’s Confidence, Improve Their Grades & Give Them The Physical and Mental Edge For The Rest Of Their Lives!”

You are about to uncover a surprisingly easy way to turn your kids into the winners they were meant to be …

Dear Parent,

If you’re searching for a quick and easy way to give your child extra confidence, more discipline and boundless self-esteem … I have just the thing.

But first, tell me if any of this sounds familiar …

Your child doesn’t get enough exercise, in fact, they’re close to being a couch potato, gorging themselves on sweets and watching mind-numbing TV.

You know their grades could be a lot better if they just applied themselves and you worry that they’re beginning to hang out with the wrong crowd.

The truth is, your child lacks something in his/her life to aim for – something that will keep them on the right track.

What if I were to tell you there is something so “simple yet powerful” it could turn your child into a role model for their peers that even you would be shocked with the results?

This one thing could give them increased confidence, self-assurance and improve their concentration and boost their grades at school.

Some quit due to slow progress. Never grasping the fact that slow progress……..is still progress.

What’s The Secret?

Martial arts. Let me explain …

My name is Alex Silva Ruas and my trainers regularly produce a stream of exceptional students with our exciting training. But more than that, here’s what we can do to improve your child’s life and enhance their future prospects …

A Serious Lack Of Respect …

Let’s uncover why it’s so common for kids to go “off the rails”, to fail at school, hang out with the wrong crowd … and how we can stop this from happening.

The fact is, children don’t always behave as they should. In fact, they can be real troublemakers.

This is the sad truth of raising kids – but not something you probably pictured when planning your family.

What a disappointment to see how your kid turned out … not as obedient, good at school and swamped by good-natured friends as you imagined.

Instead …

They mess around, they’re rude, loud, lazy and selfish.

And no, it’s not just a case of “wait ’til he grows up – it’ll pass.”images (6)

If they have a bad attitude now and a serious lack of respect, this will stay with them for many years … maybe until they get into more serious trouble.

Now, I’m not saying you’re a bad parent, it’s just that today’s society doesn’t exactly lend itself to producing the best-behaved kids.

“Children are great imitators. So give them something great to imitate”

It’s Not Your Fault …

Let’s take a look at some of the factors that may really bother you about your child – see if these strike a chord …

Their grades are poor and getting worse all the time – do you find that your child is constantly drifting into daydreams? Do you notice them staring out of the window when they should be concentrating on homework?

They have a couch potato lifestyle – do you often find your child slumped in front of the TV? Would he/she rather play video games than run around outdoors?

They hang out with the “wrong” crowd – are they easily persuaded by negative peer pressure? Do they try to fit in by doing things they wouldn’t normally do?

You know you can’t force them to choose certain friends so … what’s the answer?

First of all, don’t panic!

All of these factors are extremely common and completely normal.

Today there are too many distractions, more social pressure and less time for good instruction.

A child’s life is not how it used to be when we were growing up.

But how to combat this?

How to give your child the best upbringing possible in the face of so many pressures and social ills?

Here’s the root cause of all of your child’s problems. The one thing responsible for bad behavior, lack of self-esteem and respect …

They don’t have a good example to copy.

I mean, think about it.

Who do they look up to? Britney Spears? Eminem?

These people may be successful but that doesn’t make them good role models–in fact … They’re the very worst kind.

they’re the very worst kind.

“Role models set goals for you and try to make you as good as they are. Role models are important.”

Kasey Zacharias

Why The Right Role Model Is So Important?

Children learn through imitation – so it stands to reason… if you want a confident, self-assured, healthy and mentally strong child, you need to give them a good example to copy.

But where to find such a role model?

Who or what could have a positive, long-lasting, residual effect on your child?

The almost secret and often overlooked answer is … Martial Arts.

Before images of The Karate Kid flash through your mind, let me explain something …

It’s more than just teaching kids how to punch and kick.

Martial arts instill discipline, confidence and self-esteem into children far and above any other sport or physical event.

It can turn your once rowdy, badly behaved child into a calm self-assured decision maker.

But why does it work so well?

I think it’s because a child is asked to do one simple, straightforward thing…

They see a model example and are rewarded for copying that model example.

That, in essence, is what is missing from their lives so far.

That, when applied to your child, will see them change and improve in ways you thought were beyond them!

A New Beginning …

Hope lies in The BJJ Center run by myself, Alex Silva Ruas.

You see, when your kid becomes fluent in our own brand of world class martial arts, they’ll gain a new found level of personal discipline, confidence, complete fitness, focus and self-defense abilities.

We can arm your child with positive physical and mental skills that will stay with them throughout their lives.

But why should you listen to me?

A Commitment To Excellence …

The good news is that I bring 25 years of experience, dedication and discipline to working with your child.

I demand excellence from them and that is why your child will succeed in our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class.

With my program your child will receive …

  • International training level instructors – my trainers and I have over 50 years of experience combined!

  • Our trainers are certificated and trained to work with children of all ages – in fact, each one is also trained in the skills of goal setting and motivation (think this might help your child at school?)

  • An innovative motivating ASR system which rewards your child’s progress – we also reward attendance and academic achievement.

I hope by now you’re getting a sense of how much this can help your kids.

Although we make the classes fun – children are not encouraged to mess around and bad behavior is a definite no-no.

Having said that, the classes are exciting, upbeat and your children will go home buzzing with a real sense of achievement.

Our aim is to make their time with us the most exciting part of the day – they won’t be able to wait for the next class.

At the same time, you get the benefit of knowing that your child is improving in every possible way – be it health, confidence or discipline.

A Fun Program …

So what actually goes on inside our classrooms?

We are extremely proud of our range of classes and training methods at ASR Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

We do far more than simply teach your child self-defense.

Of course, they will become trained to be able to defend themselves whatever the situation.

But they’ll also learn to become high achievers in their lives.

You see, Jiu-Jitsu is a calm, even serene martial art.

From a very early age, your child will learn that aggression is not always necessary.

Likewise, they’ll acquire the skill of judgment – being able to deduce right from wrong in a calm, authoritative manner.

This sure beats them lashing out when things don’t go their way!

Your child will learn to act and react to everything that goes on around them, analyzing each situation with a calm, respectful outlook.

It’s this attitude, one of respect for themselves and others, which will lead to them becoming confident, self-disciplined super achievers. But enough of the serious stuff … these classes are FUN too!

“We didn’t realize we were making memories. We just knew we were having fun.”

“Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice, and most of all, LOVE of what you are doing”

Buzzing With Excitement!

You’ll notice a huge difference in your child when they return home from one of our classes.

Mainly, they’ll be absolutely buzzing with excitement. A warm glow of genuine achievement will envelop them.

But what will they get up to?  Let’s look at the programs a little closer …

The Little Bulldog’s Program (5-8 Years)

These fun, fast moving classes aim to focus on your child’s attention span, something which is commonly short at this age.

Along with this, we’ll deal with……

·         Listening skills

·         Motor skills

·         Balance

·         Flexibility

·         Body Posture

·         Respect

·         Comprehension

·         Coordination

What’s more we actively encourage you to become involved in your child’s development.

Imagine being a part of your child’s exciting journey to becoming a champion.

You both will be able to go through the process of becoming a master in the field, the highs and lows of competition, followed by medals and great memories as just reward.

Truly a once in a lifetime opportunity for you and your child… combined with ridiculous amounts of fun and enjoyment for both of you.

Let’s go more deeply into the lessons …

Let’s go more deeply into the lessons …

Warm Up – keeping your child’s attention is most important and so the warm up is filled with a variety of tools they can use to become more flexible, agile, stronger and faster.

They’ll get to use dyne discs, medicine balls and agility ladders – in short they’ll get seriously fit while having fun.

Self-defense drills – your kid probably likes games…but he’s never played any like these!

Sumo square, wrestling and judo takedown will all increase your child’s strength, balance and coordination – plus they’ll teach them teamwork and provide social interaction with others.

Black Belt Leadership Skills– each week a “life lesson” will be taught to further your child’s future development.

Patience, discipline, teamwork and respect will all be instilled into your child in a fun and entertaining way.

Kids Mixed Martial Arts – the ultimate self defense package, they’ll learn how to properly kick, punch, elbow and grapple.

But the greater benefits of this are even more confidence, improved reflexes, speed and better coordination.

You can now see how this is the complete system to get your child ahead of the rest.

Builds A Bond That Lasts A Lifetime …

But still, there are even more undiscovered benefits to enrolling your child in the BJJ Center…

Your child comes in from a class, he’s bristling with excitement and he’s eager to show you his latest move.

You beam as your kid demonstrates his latest move, eager to impress you.

Then he asks for your help and wonders if you’d join him at his next lesson rather than just dropping him off.

What do you do?

Smile and say no you’re too busy … or grin from ear to ear as you say you’d love to watch him impress you once more?

The latter of course.

This is an incredible bonding opportunity and we greatly encourage parents to join in and assist their child on the road to greatness.

Give them the best possible start in life and be secure in the knowledge that our school reaches the following essential criteria:

  • Highly qualified instructors– our team of full-time tutors have reached the highest possible levels of their discipline and they’re ready to pass on their teachings to your children.
  • A clearly laid out curriculum– that you can see for yourself. Beware of inferior schools that don’t even follow a set course – there are plenty of them about!
  • The school produces winners– judge us by the quality of fighters we create. Our students excel in all areas of their life, wouldn’t you want that for your child?
  • A flexible training system– whether you want your child to be ready for the highest competitive level, learn the basics of self-defense or just keep them fit, this school can improve their lives in vast amounts.

And with a school of this quality, you can expect your child to …

Increase Their Mental Skills – our program will promote self-confidence and self-esteem. This means your child will feel much stronger in the face of peer pressure and is far less likely to start hanging out with “the wrong crowd”.

Develop Leadership Skills– by improving your child’s handle on his physicality and his body language, they become a better communicator. A leader rather than a follower.

Increase Fitness and Physical Strength– our training will improve your child in all physical areas not to mention balance, coordination and timing skills.

Improve Decision Making Skills– because your child will learn that he is able to succeed at something (thanks to you enrolling him in our class) his newfound confidence leads to them making better decisions throughout their life.

Become More Positive In High-Energy Classes – let’s not forget the hugely positive experience that training at the BJJ Center is, they’ll return home brimming with positivity!

You owe it to your kids to give them the best possible head start in life. What better way than to have them taught by a select group of world champions?

Your kids are crying out for a challenge, they’re bored, distracted and crushed under heavy peer pressure day after day. Give them the life skills which enable them to stride through their early years with confidence and a beaming smile.

Respect, Honor, Confidence, Values, Health and Fitness are just a few of the benefits that your child can develop by studying with us. What is more valuable than teaching children Self-Dependence, Self-Reliance and Self-Confidence?

What is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is an incredible self-defense system based on the principals of technique and leverage, which allows its practitioners to defeat opponents of much greater size and strength. You don’t have to be a big, fast, or young to be an effective fighter. It was made for real street fighting.

Why Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?

95% of all fights end up on the ground. What if you have to protect yourself against someone who is bigger, stronger and hits harder than you? If you simply try to exchange punches and kicks you might not stand a chance. What if they muscle you to the ground and start pounding on you? Bad news if you’ve never learned Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which can effectively defeat an aggressive assailant using ground grappling techniques.

Would it benefit my child?

Absolutely! Jiu-Jitsu, which means “gentle art”, emphasizes the use of technique and leverage. So your child won’t have to rely on size, strength, or speed, while also learning to defend themselves and subdue their opponent in a safe and humane way without having to rely on kicks and punches if not necessary. Your child will develop physical awareness of balance, reflexes, flexibility and coordination, as well as build on the mental aspects of their personality such as self-esteem, discipline, confidence, compassion, and good work ethic. The classes are taught in a positive, fun, and friendly manner, so your child will enjoy learning the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Jiu-jitsu helps two brothers in Massachusetts deal with cancer, and bullying.  Rory and Connor brought home medals from the New England North American Grappling Association tournament. In itself, that’s not noteworthy, until you learn that one of the brothers is a cancer survivor, and the other has dealt with bullying. “The medals were a great thrill for all of us,” said their mother, Rhonda Callum-King.

The Boys mother said that training in jiu-jitsu and Brazilian wrestling/grappling  has made the boys stronger and tougher. Callum-King said wrestling is helping both of her boys overcome challenges: Rory with his leukemia, and Connor with bullying. Rory was diagnosed with cancer when he just 2 years old. A bone marrow transplant from his brother Connor was successful, but Rory still faces health problems that stem from his bout with cancer, while Connor had faced bullies at school.
